    I want to make an online stream from my TV player (Prog DVB) on my forum.

    Which Program do you offer me? and how to use that?

    Can you play your stream with VLC? Then use VLC and stream to flash, see http://wiki.videolan.org/Stream_VLC_to_Website_with_asf_and_Flash and check http://forum.videolan.org/viewforum.php?f=4
