    It looks like you didn't use deflicker or the temporal chroma noise filtering from the script I posted earlier.

    yeah........
    but there was so much noise i was getting in.
    i couldn't get rid off it....... i dnt know where i was getting wrong

    Some of the flicker is pretty severe in that clip. You'll have to crank up the Deficker settings to reduce them. Unfortunately, that may mean that leave you with pumping brightness at scene changes.
