cant convert

hi there im using anyvideo conveter.i usally download ,convert then transfer to me playbook
but cant do it with my recent download.I tried for the last 24 hours,mpeg4,mkv ect
it will play on my laptop but not my blackberry playbook ,any help wold be great

A quick look up of video specs for the playbook show these settings to work:

h264 in mp4 container.
1024x600 resolution
30fps
aac audio @48000hz, 320000bps

hey des,i will try and figure out what that means lol sorry im real new,although i just re did the
movie and it works im not sure what file I used to convert this time how can I look it up????

looks ike i have 30fps audio 48khz mpeg4 not sure what I did wrong bwefore

D/L Mediainfo from the tools section and open the file in it. It will produce a text display of the file details that you can review and post here.
