Help with Reducing size of MP4 video with multiple audio

i have a 1.8 GB mp4 video with 3 audios in it

1) i want to reduce its size to upto 1 gb keeping all the 3 audios

which software does this

2) also the audios are named audio 2 , audio 3 and audio 4 wen i open in VLCor GOM

how do i rename them to english , korean and hindi !! ( FOUND SOLUTION / MKV2MP4 does this job well in under 15 mins)

Please don't cross post in several forum. I removed your other post.

1. You can try handbrake, under the video tab adjust the bitrate to lower the size. Under the audio tab choose copy for the audio tracks.

anything other than handbrake .. for some reasons handbrake dont work in my netbook !

also i got an answer for my 2nd question

now only need 1st question answered !!
