How do I deal with video like this:
I normally use AviDemux and take just one audio stream since most of what I record is OLD stuff...but this recording was done recently so the 5.1 audio is probably "real 5.1" so I'd like to keep it along with one of the other audio streams. I usually have to re-sync the audio in AviDemux(though the original TS file plays perfectly in VLC). How do I go about editing this, keeping in mind that I want two audio streams in my end result?ID : 1

According ton your mediainfo log only audio track 4 is AC3 and it is stereo so not sure where the 5.1 is coming from? The file format looks as if it came from a Topfield? If you want to maintain the file format as TS with all the tracks them maybe SmartCutter would be the way to go? Otherwise demux with ProjectX and lay the audio track you want with the video in a mpeg editor like Vegas etc...

You're right....this particular recording doesn't have 5.1.....silly me. I do recall recent TV series I've recorded that did have 5.1....my mistake.
I did download ProjextX but found no .exe file anywhere.
I'll look into smartcutter(?).
