ffmpegX Not Working At All

Hello,

I just installed ffmpegX and the required binaries, I got no errors, everything seems to be installed correctly. But when I try to convert something, the ffmpegX Progress window appears, and half a second later, I get the "DING!" and a tiny file with maybe the first frame in it.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Please post the Process Information log, which is accessible by clicking the blue "i" in the ffmpegX Progress window.
This log should hold information on what went wrong.
