Mov File doesnt play!

I want to play a Video on my PC. Its a MOV file. (From my Casio Exilim Digicam)

I tried VLC (video ok, no audio), Windows Media Player (invalid file), DivX Plus Player (no audio, video in slowmotion), Quicktime Player (stopps in the beginning and thats all), Real Player (audio ok, video in slowmotion). So nothing really works.

So I installed G-Spot, it says:

Video Codec: AVC1 (Name: H.264)
Audio Codec: MS ADPCM-ACM

Status from both: Undetermined

Next I installed ffdshow. In the configuration I found H.264 and pushed the button "libavcodec", and I found MS ADPCM (but without the ACM at the end) and did again the "libavcodec".

Well, nothing happend. Just that I´m going crazy.

I hope someone can help me.
