Hello,
I'm looking for an excellent DVD authoring package that can take a dvd ripped divx avi files and turn them into dvd's. Sometimes I have to put two avi files together to create one dvd (usually the two files are 700mb each). My goal is to create dvd's from avi files and play them on my stand alone dvd player. I also want to make sure I create a dvd that doesn't go over the 4.7 g for dvd media. Thanks for your help.

I like dvdit! pe personally, but i would still recomend you use an external encoder. you can also go with roxio's videopack which seems to do it all. I don't like videopacks encoder if the end result will be seen on a comp tho, on a tv screen it looks great but on a comp it's very pixelated.
