Hey people,im having trouble encoding from divx to svcd-quickly!I used to use tmpg-but cause of the whole speed thing, started using roxio-really quick-but could never get a decent quality!I then hear about cinema craft and can encode a divx to svcd in around 1hr-a lot faster than tmpg.
Here are the steps i take-if u spot any mistakes or have suggestions/configuration settings-it would be a great help!
1 - Convert the divx using cinema craft v2.5 (had problems with 2.6)
2 - Run the divx through virtual dub create a wav
3 - Use BBMPEG to slap the new svcd (.m2v) and the wav together, while also spitting them with BBMPEG.
The result is a decent quality picture-on the PC.When burnt to disk (using nero) the ******* picture is up the top left hand side of the screen of my tv.I have had no problems with vcd, svcd in my dvd in the past-im not sure if i set hte setting s right-could sombody please give me some pointers cause i have a lot of divx to convert to svcd.
Thanks people,
