    DVD Architect Pro 5.2 is placing black bars on top and bottom and both sides of the video. The aspect ratio looks correct. Except that the menu is correct and going all the way to the edges of the screen. I set up 1920 X1080 video to be 720X480 video in the properties in Vegas Pro 10 and then render with the DVD Architect Pro widescreen template. I set video with DVD Architect Pro to 16:9 and the preview has a vertical thin black lines on each side (which is acceptable), but otherwise fills the screen. When I process with DVD Architect Pro and watch the extracted ISO on Videolan computer player, the video does not fill the screen, but the menu does.

    when you rendered the mpg2 did you put a check in the box to "stretch video to fill output frame - do not letterbox"?
