I have some home movies from Germany that have been sent to me on VCD. I need to rip them or something so I can make copies, but I also need to convert them into NTSC because my DVD player will not play PAL encoded items. Can anyone help? Is it best to burn CD to CD, or is there a way to rip a VCD to hard drive, convert the VCD content and then burn to a new NTSC encoded VCD?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
