BlackMagic Intensity Pro Driver Firmware HELP

I bought a blackmagic intensity pro capture card, and installed drivers and software from blackmagic-design.com and everything installs successfully but then i restart my computer and first this image pops up.



So i click "Update Now"
then this pops up



so i wait, then this happens



and it does that every time i have tried. What should i do? I really need help with the capture card working. It won't show my input and i am thinking the error is why it isn't working, but i could be wrong.
i cant view the card's output on my computer or on my TV i need help.. THANKS
