I have Pinnacle capture card and try to capture movie from my VCR. I used the following softwares

1) WinVCR 1.22
2) PowerVCR 1.30

But the problem is when ever I try to configure the above softwares for resolution I do not see the option for exapmle 480 x 480 only thing I see is "320 x 240" or "640 x 480 Full". The 640 x 480 would not work and I can not even get the resolution to 352 x 240 since it is not listed. For both software I get some window with the resolution I get.

Can any body help me whay I have thins problem, or there nothing I can do because of my capture card.

Which Pinacle Card? DC10? DC30? Tell us this for more help.

It only supports 320x240, 320x480, 640x240, and 640x480. You can enable cropping that will adjust to 304,464,and 608.

Why not just use the encluded capture software?

I have Pinnacle PCTV. The software is easy to use and it converts in real time to VCD format in this way I save time.

Any help would be appreciated
