Need help with MultiAVCHD, I can't get it to put multiple videos on one "disk" Lets say I have 3 episodes of a show I want on one disk. when multiavchd is finished it gives me output of 3 one episode disks complete with menus. Same thing if I import a dvd that have two .vob files I will get out 2 complete disk folders one for each .vob file instead of one movie disk.
What am I missing?

Are you importing the vob files as "video file" or do you add the dvd folder? I myself have no experience with adding vobs as file but I can imagine that MultiAVCHD doesn't autorecognize and join vobs of 1 program.
Another thing I can think of is that your media-size is set way to small?
Maybe you can give more details about your settings and workflow in MultiAVCHD. Some screen-shots?
Cheers
