    Hi. Whenever I need to convert to avi, I use xmediarecode and choose Constant Bitrate. I wanted to try 2-pass Average Bitrate but all my attempts result in a video with no sound. I've tried various combinations of Device/codec but still end up with silence. Can anyone suggest a reason for this? My grateful thanks if you can.
