I hope this is the right place to ask.
I have two files of same movie, one have 5.1 audio but not great quality of video while the other have stereo audio and excellent video quality.
now, the thing is i need to extract 5.1 audio and add it to other file while also not keeping its audio.
how can i do this.

If you want more details you must give us more details. What is the container(avi, wmv, mkv, mp4, dvd vobs, etc)? -
Almost forgot the 5.1 audio is mp4 file and better video quality one is mkv file, same timing and all
