  1. I may be putting this in the wrong thread, but I couldn't find one for DSLRs. Anyway, I am trying to decide on a camera out of 3, but I don't know which is better for video. The cameras I am talking about are: T3-i, 60D, and the 7D.

  2. The 7D is usually considered "the best" of these three for primary video use, but the 7D is very overpriced for what it is. Nice if you need it and can afford it, but not what you'd call a bargain: for not that much additional $ you can get a 5DII. For a quick rundown of 60D vs 7D for video, see this review.

  3. Thanks, that helped a lot. Now its between the 60D and the T3-i. I'm pretty low on money and the T3-i is less expensive, but is it true they have the same quality video?

    those 3 canons all have the same 18mp sensor. none are good for video other than in short bursts. they all overheat. i have a t3i.
