Got a downloaded movie, in AVI format, that plays good in Power DVD. Properties reveal a frame rate of 20fps, which is neither ntsc, film, or PAL. When I try to load it into TMPGEnc, the frame rate is displayed as 60 fps.
I went ahead and created the mpeg1 file, which still plays in Power DVD, but will not play in my DVD player. Should I be trying to convert the framerate somehow, or should I just forget it and not waste anymore time. TIA
