  2. Likely your monitor, graphics card, and/or playback software isn't properly calibrated

  3. Not enough info. I guess we could look up your camera's specs but it would be nice if you could provide that info when asking the questions.

    Video format?
    Your computer specs?
The program used to view the vids on your computer?

  4. !!guessing games!!

I guess: "TV vs. PC scale" and/or "buggy decoder" and/or "wrong configured graphic card drivers" and/or "overlay problem"

  5. OK I found the C/net review on your camera: "Disappointingly, though, the video just doesn't stand up to the competition. The camcorder renders good color and a fairly broad dynamic range--there are some blown out whites but nothing too severe. Unfortunately, thanks to the low-resolution sensors--even as a trio they don't have enough pixels for native 1080p HD resolution and barely enough for 720p--edges are soft and smeary with some ghosting and there simply isn't enough sharp detail."

But that doesn't explain the grayish color you are seeing. Unless you shot in a low light condition.

thats helpful thanks . we do have two proper photo-shoot lamps on a sides so there is enough light. l think the fault is with a cam. we have been trying all settings

we are using software which came with a cam. and then movie maker from windows

But you said it looks fine on the display screen?? It can't be a fault with camera then (unless there is a recording issue)

Does this mean viewfinder in camera, or camera connected to external monitor ?

If you want to quickly rule out a camera issue, check on a proper calibrated setup, or upload a small sample file and someone here can probably check for you
