This is one of those times where hawkers need to "put their money where their mouth is" and "put up or shut up". IOW, if you have an ISO of a "protected" disc, upload it and post the link here. Won't do it? Then we don't believe you.
Can't get an ISO (because it goes straight to pressing plant)? Then it's of no use to small/medium users.
Can't get an ISO (because it only burns to disc) - use a disc emulator to reroute it to an ISO.

Even if you post it and users say it works, there is nothing to stop a CASUAL user from copying via Analog Hole (aka output to Component and re-digitize).

BTW, your understanding is faulty: There is no "ACSS", you are thinking of "AACS" which is owned by a consortium of Hollywood producers - NOT Verance. Verance is a 3rd party solution, but one that has found favor with Big Hollywood - because it seems to work well. They were unheard of prior to ~2003-2005.
