  1. I've done a generic search and results returned nothing, I'm hoping someone has found one or got one and just not added it to the list.

Is there anybody who knows a region free code for the RTD325W, I have searched Google and nothing, I've found codes for other players and tried them (just to see) and nothing...

I miss watching my UK DVD's now I'm in the US..

    Hope someone can help.
    Regards
    Paul

too late to be searching for hacks now, you should have done the research before buying one.

Well, whilst you may have that opinion, it was more of a convenience thing, I don't *need* it hacked, as I can play my DVD's on my UK PS3, but I just figured I would turn here for some 'useful' advice....

    Thanks anyhow.

    1) If you have to ask, there probably isn't a hack.
    2) With 5 posts in 9+ years, clearly you're not one to ask for advice first before buying. As aedpuss pointed out, that was a mistake.
    3) Most DVD players sold in North America CANNOT be hacked. Period. If you need to hack a BluRay player, you can count the ones that can be hacked on one hand that are sold in North America.
    4) Sony and Samsung DVD and BD players are the most difficult in the world to hack right now. Generally speaking, Philips and Pioneer seem to be the best although there may be some North American models by them that can't be hacked. LG is kind of iffy but you might look up specific models BEFORE buying.
    5) The USA is not the UK. See #3.
