  1. I copied my VOB video files from a DVD recording that I did on my Sony Camera onto my computer and it plays fine. When I import it into WLMM it only shows 27 seconds of it. I tried to convert it in Any Video Converter and it also only shows 27 seconds. If I click in the middle it will show the actual middle part of the video. I noticed in the properties of the VOB file that it shows its length being only 27 seconds. I recorded on 2 dvd's and the other one imports fine. Is there any way to change the length of the VOB file? Thank you!

  2. My uncle has a camera that records everything at a length of 17 seconds (according to desktop players).
Running the VOB's through VideoReDo's QuickStream Fix corrects it perfectly. It may work for you.

  3. Open your VOB with Mpg2Cut2. Save as MPG (File -> Save This Clip). It will only take seconds and there will be no quality loss.
