Are there any other download mirrors for "Download ffmpegX 0.0.9y-"Lion" r2"? Download fails after 4kb.

You may be able to download it from MacUpdate (I haven't tried the links, though, but they do look like local links to the files on MacUpdate's servers):

I'm surprised there isn't a mirror of it on VideoHelp's Tools page for ffmpegX.

i'd try a couple more times. the link on the author's site worked the second time i tried it. download died at 99.9% the first time.

While that works for some apps (MacUpdate wants something return), ffmpegX is not among those apps. MacUpdate links the download to the ffmpegX FTP server.

Ah, okay. I'm just wondering why there's never been a mirrored copy of ffmpegX on VH - did major specifically not want it to be mirrored anywhere else?
