Am I missing something here but I do not see any attachment etc. to download or test.

Did the OP remove it when he edited his post since if he did then the whole topic should be binned as it is now as worthless as the attachment probably was.

The first post did contain a link to a certain file-sharing service.
But now the removed URL greets me with the message,

"This is a private file. If you are the uploader please login to your account to view it."

Please tell me you are not serious. For those who don't know, here's how things work around here. This is NOT an exaggeration.
1) Threads are NEVER deleted unless maybe the first post is commercial spam.
2) Unfortunately, the OP has the ability to be a colossal ******* and delete HIS contributions to any thread, leaving blank space where his posts were. There was a rather infamous thread in the DVD Recorder section about Philips and Magnavox DVD recorders where this happened. Unfortunately the thread was incredibly useful but about half the posts were by an ******* former member who was our resident expert on the subject and who deleted EVERY one of his responses and replaced them with a link to another website for people who wanted information on Philips and Magnavox DVD recorders. This colossal bit of asshat behavior, the biggest ever on our forums, was met with a shrug by our moderators.
3) Sometimes you can get a mod to lock a thread so no one else can respond, but that's about the best you can hope for.
