I've installed:
* VirtualDub64 (the latest version)
* The Quicktime plugin from ffcHandler: http://fcchandler.home.comcast.net/~fcchandler/Plugins/QuickTime/
However, when I use VirtualDub open a .MOV file (such as those from my IPhone), I get a black screen and "Missing Codec (AVC1)" error.
Looking this up, it seems I _must_ install FFDShow. I previously uninstalled this as I'd had issues with it. Is there any way around this, or must i use FFDShow?
Regards,
P.

My guess is that it's a problem with 64bit vs. 32bit stuff. Isn't the QT plugin 32bit? That would explain it, as all the plugins should be using the same architecture as the app.
