Another would be normal decoder for Prores Simple check on the falsity: ProRes > enc > Prores (obtained with different size / duration).

@KaddirB: Adding Avisynth filters isn't really hard (and not much to write unless the filter has lots of options) I just need to know the filter names or even better a link where I can download the filter and find some description regarding it's options&co.

Regarding sharpeners: post which you are missing and I can probably add support for them
Regarding line darkening: there are already Toon, Hysteria, FastLineDarken and mfToon (Filtering->Avisynth->Line->Line Darkening), if you know other darkening filters post links/names.

Are you using the latest version of Hybrid? (mftoon was added to the source code on 2014-04-09, so the latest public version 2014.04.28.1 does support it)

-> will add aWarspharp support for the next version (nice thing is that the avisynthExtension already contains aWarpsharp, so I 'just' need to write support for it)

Ah i just installed latest version yes it seems it is there but cool about you adding the awarsharp but what about the others are you not able to do them or is it too much work anyways the latest version doesen't seem to encode.. how do i fix this i had problems like this with previous versions too i clicked on Start queue but it doesen't encode any way to fix this?

a. Strange normally encoding should work. (works fine here)
b. Send you a link to a version with aWarpSharp support. (recreate the job and then try if that also fixes your 'encoding not starting' problem)
c. What other filters? Like I wrote mfToon is already there and that is the only filter you mentioned.

actualy i mentioned that theres a masktools zip wich there is vmToon is another darkline toon also Warsharp wich is also another sharpener or are you not able to do them than i understand but yes.. normaly hybrid should! encode but i had previous version wich did the same thing it was stuck as encoding mpeg i tried reinstaling removing but nothing seems to work i waited waited nothing so i apreciate the latest version seeing another darkener but if the software won't encode i cant use it heres a short preview it doesen't go it is stuck.

@Gravitator im using Windows 8 i just have a third party theme installed yes i know it looks like mac again i tried this it is stuck idk why this happens is this problem only on me why does the previous version work yes one of the older versions did work everytime i instal newer version it seem to stuck not go.

try the version I send you and make sure 'Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->Misc->Disable distributor()' is enabled, seems like for some reason Win8 users have problems when it's enabled. (got is always disabled on my Win7 machines and have no problems; had no problem reencoding your file)

Regarding:
- vmToon: will look into it, since it has quite a few options:

adding support for it would take some time, also have you tried it?
Last time I read about it, a lot of people reported that they couldn't get it to work and it only created black frames?
(assuming it is still broken, adding it would be in vain)

regarding Warsharp:
Have you ever used it? From my experience one should prefer: aWarpSharp (for anime only) and otherwise LimitedSharpen(Faster).

Side note: Keep in mind that Scintilla's guide is rather old. (last update is probably from 5+ years ago)

Sorry that did not work! i think theres something wrong with my pc etleast i think but theres no bugs nothing just stuck freezing now even the version that worked before doesen't work ugh it would be great if there was someone else same problem that knew how to solve but it seems useless is eather my pc or idk i tried everything unistalling reinstalling newer version older nothing stuck stuck.


but vmtoon if its too much work leave it i just thought let you know all the darkeners / sharpeners i knew the more the better software my opinion since you are the only one able to add suport in it so yea and about warsharp well yes i do want it for anime actualy but awarsharp warsharp theres a bit difrence i noticed awarsharp sharpens more thins more and warsharp only has 3 depth blur bump so but like i said in my opinion the more filters the cooler software.. it would be apreciated if added both awarsharp / warsharp and if vmtoon is too much skip it and yes i do believe i tried it before vmtoon but idk i don't think i got any problems with it but as i said just thought let you know the more the better Up to you,

You did replace the old Hybrid.exe with the one I send you right? The errors you describe all sound like you used the new version without the required tools.

I don't think so, there are a lot of old filters&co which:
a. are buggy
b. don't work with Avisynth MT
c. don't work with newer Avisynth versions
d. simply are not good
-> blindly adding support for filters and then getting tons of people who complain about stuff that doesn't work properly is a bad idea and one of the reasons why I, unlike like other GUIs, won't support free editing of Avisynth scripts in Hybrid.

Hi, i think it's a problem on windows 8 yes i have both laptop windows 8 / pc windows 8.1 it does not work on both i tried installing latest / older versions don't work so if you update it can you check please if you are using windows that is if not please try to tweak a little maybe theres something wrong in the software or its windows 8 os not sure ive been trying since yesterday till night did not fix it stays stuck, anyways i hope you are able to check some things maybe theres something not right also! when i clicked limitedsharpenfaster Filter View it gives me some kinda error Avisynth preview error: QWindowsWindow: setGeometry: Unable to set geometry but sorry if im bothering you if your too bussy that is you see before you said you added mftoon i did not have the latest version so i downloaded latest than latest version stucked than i tried reinstalling old version same thing now on both pc laptop not working frozen stuck i don't know whats causing this but if you have more tips or if you can tweak your software for next update would be apreciated tnx.

1. deinstall Hybrid (with all it's settings)
2. clean your temp folder
3. install Hybrid using the installer; do not change any additional option inside the installer unless you read the associated comments and understood them
4. replace the Hybrid.exe with the one I send you a link to via PM
5. Start Hybrid
6. set a default output dir (Config->Path)
7. enable debut output (Config->Internals->Create debug, level...)
8. Load your source and do your settings
9. Make sure 'Filtering->Avisynth->Misc->Misc->Disable distributor()' is enabled
10. set the output (keep it inside the 'default output dir' ot make sure the debug output stays in one file)
11. create the job
12. run the job

Assuming you run into a problem: zip and attach the HybridDebugOutput.txt which is located inside the output folder.

Alright i think its working now the latest version 2014-04-28-1 i cleared cache / enabled the distributor wich disables it but question man mftoon is slow! is this normal or i mean im encoding a 2min video with mftoon it says 14min for that LimitedSharpenFaster is faster FastDarkenLine faster Hysteria slow,

Yes, mftoon is slow (http://avisynth.nl/images/Mftoon.avsi), no way around that.
(there also is a faster variant of it called 'mftoonLite', which for SD content, is ment for realtime processing, but it's explicitly not ment for encoding which is why I didn't add support for it inside Hybrid)

The last version I send you already has aWarphSharp support, last option in the 'Filtering->Avisynth->Sharpening->Sharpening' drop-down-box. So yes, aWarpSharp will stay unless I run into some unforeseen problem with it.
