Does it matter if I use USB 2.0, 3.0 or eSATA for doing video editing? My motherboard has all 3 types of ports and I need to buy a new drive so just wondering which way to go...

esata would be my choice, it's the only one run by a drive controller and not the cpu. less chance of an interruption.
