    Ran a spyware/virus scan, after cleaning a Critical Error (Event ID 41 Kernel-Power) causing win7 BSOD & then reboots. Works for a while then BSOD, reboots, etc..

    Executive summary - Microsoft doesn't know exactly what the hell is causing this error and they've got the usual list of suspects that's so broad they might as well have said "It could be anything". RAM and power supply problems are probably the most likely causes but not the only possible ones. Sorry man, but my experience has been that when people are just making wild guesses about the cause, nobody really knows why it is happening and that means that your ability to diagnose it and fix it is going to be limited.

    looks like it might be a driver error, but the logs might help.

    debugger say it's a ndis.sys error. network card, driver, or something like an a/v program attached to the nic is crashing.
