  1. I'm encoding a 40 minutes long movie (half) I'm using Sefy's SxVCD template for NTCS enhanced (MPEG-2 352x240 29.97fps CQ_VBR 100,
    Layer 2 44100HZ"

The problem I'm having is that when the encoding is about 67% an error comes out saying exactly this line "Illegal floating decimal point calculation order" and i dont know which settings might be wrong?

If u know any help will be really appreciated, I've done a couple of vcds and a couple of svcds so at least i've done some encoding myself but this the first time something like that ha happened>

    Tnx in advance!

  3. No No no no! dont tell me that, it took me long to d/l this movie to being corrupt

There's gotta be other way to make it work maybe using Virtual Dub and making a new file with diferent compression or something? or maybe some setting in TMPGenc has to work.
If anyone know please help me out

FIrst, UP the priority rate of your DIRECTSHOW MEDIA FILTER in your Vfapi tab under OPTIONS, ENVIRO SETTINGS in TMPG.

Then I'd frameserve it into TMPG through Vdub. Vdub will read the DivX better than TMPG and feed it the frames.

  5. Or you can also try getting TMPGEnc 12a, it handles AVI files much better then the newer versions of TMPGEnc.
