Hello all,
each time I start a new home video project with sony vegas 10, I struggle with the project settings / and later with the rendering settings - what I want to do is to produce a .mkv file 1920 x 1080 with 5.1 Dolby (all = source material) with 25 fps.
Eventually I get the result I want (educated trial and error) - but I doubt that it is the best possible way.
What format do you use (both video and audio stream) and how do you combine it to an mkv right. How do you deal with interlaced if the source IS interlaced (deinterlace or leave it to the PCH - or the TV?)
Thanks a lot!
