    Hi everybody.
I was thinking of making an mkv remux (Untouched audio and Video, subs chapters etc.) from an entire blu-ray that i downloaded. Now that i don't have much idea regarding blu-rays i wish to know from were can i get the names of the chapters in the movie.
I used mediainfo and right clicked on the .mpls and .clpi files but there the chapter names were in the form like

    CHAPTER 1
    CHAPTER 2
and so on and so forth. I wish to get the original names and not the above mentioned ones. Can anybody please help me out.

    THANKS

Sorry for the late reply, but....unfortunately there is no way to get it directly from the Blu-ray disc itself. Now if the Blu-ray disc has it in the Menu part, then you can see what the chapter titles are and just copy them down, then insert them using MKVToolNix (if what you have is an MKV file). What I do if the blu-ray disc does not have the names....then I use the old DVD that had paper chapter inserts or in the menu system as well. The differences between a DVD and Blu-ray chapters can very vastly, so if you are going to use the DVD chapters, you need to change the timestamp times, so they match up, but those are the sure fire ways to do it. Hope that helps.
