I'm having a party on Saturday and i got some videos that i want to mix together,is there any software capable of cutting the videos into several pieces and randomly mix them together?

  3. You can cut them apart yourself and either create a playlist that seems random or use a player like PotPlayer set to shuffle mode to play through the files in a folder in random order.

Take a look at vj (video jockey) software - video equiv of audio DJing. Although it might be overkill for your needs.

I haven't used any VJing software, but here's some examples:

Depends on the source video. If all uncompressed or DV format, then mostly yes.
