Are you trying to create a DVD-Video disc, or a data disc with the MP4 file burned to the disc (as any other file)?

If you're trying to create a DVD-Video disc, run the .mp4 through Mediainfo, in Tree Mode, and cut and paste all of the information here. You might also verify whether or not you have the necessary codecs/DirectShow filters installed to play the video, as whatever program you're using to create the disc probably depends on the installed codecs or filters, unlike a standalone player like VLC.

And what application are you using to burn/convert with?

Try avstodvd or convertxtodv instead. THey support most video formats.

Open the MP4 in MediaInfo, and switch MediaInfo to Tree View, so that it shows all the information about the video in a text report. Copy the information from that window, then make a new reply here, and paste the information into that reply.
