The Programs I have won't work with MKV Files. I am trying to burn mkv files that has two and sometimes 3 audio files. Is there a program that can burn mkv files to when it is on DVD or Blu-Ray I can hear all three different audio tracks?

I guess you want a blu-ray or avchd? Then try avchdcoder, bdtoavchd or multiavchd. Burn the BDMV folder with imgburn.
