    I'm using automkv and I'm having problems preserving the audio track when I convert an mkv video with ac3 to avi with mp3. I've downloaded and put the Nero file in the BeSweet folder. Can someone please help me!

    What does the error log say? I think it's in the output folder.
    What is the audio source in the mkv? Identify with mediainfo.

    Or try another software like format factory, freemake video converter, winff. Automkv hasn't been update for several years now.
