  1. what is the difference between PCM & MP3,
    i have some editing in PCM file,(+ & - ms in delay in audio)
    but when i convert in mp3 some sync in their ?

    so i just want information about both type of file,
    just for knowledge......................................... .......................

    Think of PCM as a .wav file.....like from a music CD.
    MP3 is something you do TO a PCM/.wav file to make it smaller and sound inferior.

  3. PCM is uncompressed. MP3 is compressed (MPEG 1, layer 3).
