I do a lot of conversions of movies and since the now popular XVID/OGG i want to convert those to the old divx/mp3/ac3 format. Virtualdub & Nandub won't import these and in TMPGEnc you have to convert it to an MPG/SVCD format. Does anyone know of a tool which can import directly XVID/OGG video's and convert them directly to Divx ?

Or maybe a tool which demux the OGG from XVID then import the XVID in VDub and convert the OGG to wav/mp3 so it can be combined again. Are there maybe tools who can do it that way?
