Hi
Just the other Day I dot really frustrated.

I used DVD2SVCD Program For the Matrix
it took dvd2svcd 14 hours to complete the matrix On just 2 CD.
The quality was satisfying to my taste (some may say I have none ) as I managed
to squeeze 132 minutes of it.

well this part was not the part that gave me that bad feeling.
it was that thing , when Morpheus says to Neo: "She told me, I would find th..." and cut!!!
just then and there, in the middle of the sentence, the movie was cut.

this made me think.
and now I ask dvd2svcd (in the bitrate menu) to encode the video on a 795MB or 790MB minute CD
instead of 800MB as I used to do.
that gave me a range of about 1 minute cut either backwards or forwards.

now I have another problem.
I use trial and error, to cut the movie on the right spot that the MB-range allows me.
sometimes I will mux&cut a few times until I am satisfied with the result.

is there a way, to know before cutting, when in time range, the movie will be cut by the MB range.
what i mean is, can i know before cutting what minute or second will it be cut on,
when cutting (for instance) on the 791MB or on the 793.
-or-
is there a way to know what frame number sits on the exact MB instead of time?

thanks.
