    Does anyone know a simple program that will just authorize a video file to a VIDEO_TS folder? The disc burning feature is not necessarily needed. I just want to make a VIDEO_TS folder onto my hard drive.
    I have a .mpg file that I want to make it to a VIDEO_TS folder.

    Appreciate any advise!

    Maybe Simple DVD Creator if the mpg is dvd compliant(see https://www.videohelp.com/dvd#tech ).

    If not then use avstodvd. It will reconvert and make a dvd video_ts folder.

    Tried DVD Flick, but I do not need the burning feature. Only a simple VIDEO_TS folder authoring function is enough for my purpose.
