    Well, I cannot find the english technical terms for this and so I wasnt able to look for solutions...
    Someone helping me?

    I have this error in the original h264 video and I hope I can handle it during the hcenc/avisynth conversion.

    If the original video looks like that it's not high quality...

    Does it look like that in other players also? Like MPCHC, SMPlayer.

  3. The video is corrupt (or was made from a corrupt source) or the decoder is having problems (this can happen for instance with a file that uses PAFF/MBAFF and a decoder that doesn't support those features). If the former, the only way you're going to fix it is to copy/interpolate other non corrupt frames.

    Tried with two different XP and Fedora, several programs. Same error.

    @jagabo
    It's my first time about interpolating. May you give me more details and tell the best way to do that?

    Some programs will blend a pair of frames together to generate an in-between frame. Some will attempt to interpolate motion. An example of the latter using AviSynth and MvTools is given in this post:

    See the function RX().

    Blending results in frames that look like double exposures. Motion interpolation often generates weird artifacts:
