    See https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/331937-Need-to-convert-to-mp4-with-these-specificat...=1#post2136738

And then make a custom preset in winff, see http://code.google.com/p/winff/wiki/HowToMakePresets

Like in WinFF under File -> Edit Preset:

Under Preset Command Line Parameters add
    Code:
    -f mov -vf "scale=160:trunc(ow/a/2)*2" -c:v mjpeg -b:v 512k -r 25 -c:a adpcm_ima_wav -b:a 192k -ar 22050 -ac 2
    And under Output file
    Code:
    mp4
    And Save

I made a preset for you, download the zip file, extract the philipsgogearvibe.wff and in winff choose File->Import preset. You should then be able to select Philips gogear vibe.

You haven't selected it under "Konvertalas" and "Beallitasok". It should say Philips gogear vibe there.

Try rename your files and folders so they don't use any special characters like
    C:\Users\Windows Vista\Desktop\dvd5\video.flv

You must crop and resize it so it matches your display aspect ratio. No I don't know how to do it easily with ffmpeg or winff.

You should adjust the scale=160... value see http://ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.html#scale .

Or get a new portable media player with 16:9 display and better media file support....

It might be easier to use a separate tool to crop and resize to 1:1 aspect ratio(640x640,128x128,etc), like avidemux see tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KhqnwE9_dHI . Export the video and then use winff to convert it.

it 's Baldrick's preset for philips gogearvibe. he posted it on 12th febvruary 2012, but it is not based on the same specifications as my vibe.
    I need a preset for 160x128 with 5/4 ratio.
This preset wprks correctly, but the videos on the vibe screen, appears with black parts, instead on being displayed on the whole screen.

I think I just need a small change on one line command of the preset, but, even with investigations on forums ond manuals, I am not able to find what is to be changed...

    could you help ???

    Hi
That preset makes the output video width 160 pixels.
And it calculates the output video height to keep the same aspect ratio as the source video.
    I can't help.
