    Trying to download the news from Feb 7th from this website:

    http://ontario.omninews.ca/?language=3


    However, everytime I use realplayer, flashcatch, flashvideodownloader or any of the sort, it always captures the 30 second ad preview and not the actual file, and I can't seem to find it in the temp folder either. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

    streamtransport was able to get what you wanted with no problem (just pasted your link in it's window and started to play the video. It saw the ad and once that was done it saw the actual video, you just download it after that)

    They are using Brightcove streaming service!! So, you can use IDM and rtmpdump too!!
