Optimizing Settings for youtube upload like fast start etc for x264 encoder

I'm using MP4 container and x264 encoder using the program AVIDEMUX. However When I upload the videos on youtube the youtube shows the warning that this file isn't configured for the 'fast start'. Please tell me what option in x264 encoder settings under AVIDEMUX player is there which will let youtube disappear this warning? is this anything related to the Progressive Download???

Yes, it's a progressive download which shows the video as it's being downloaded instead of after it's downloaded. I wasn't aware this option is available in AVIDEMUX but perhaps I've an old version. I know it's in Xvid4PSP as MP4 Box or somesuch. No matter - You can use MP4 Fast start thru the link below. It simply moves the index of the MP4 to the front. However, I think Youboob re-encodes everything and will do this for you - eventually. Not sure - don't really care
