Audio/video fine on PC, out of sync on Mac

Having trouble transferring a video to my friend's Mac. On my PC I have converted the video from .mod to .mov (both versions work perfect), but when I transfer it to his computer the audio and video get out of sync about halfway through the video and it progressively gets worse from there. He didn't do anything to the video after I converted it either, I put it on a flash drive (played video just beforehand on my computer, worked perfect), he transferred it on his Mac, played it, and it went out of sync. We have transferred many videos to each other before and never had a problem. Unfortunately the videos need to be on his Mac because he does the editing. Any ideas what could be causing this and how to fix it? Thanks.

Need more info: type of files, what apps did converting, which ones used for playing/editing, etc. (use MediaInfo, full readout in text mode, pasted here)...
