how to add burned subtitle in .ts & .m2ts fiels

hello friends,
i have search many times but i did not find any information regarding my problem. there are many software for mixing but i did not want to mix them i want to burned them permanently. If anyone have any information please shear it.
Also any one know the editing software of .ts & .m2ts like files please also shear information about them. I uses megui & virtualDub i am searching same software for above file types.

you not get my problem, i know how to use avisyth and virtualDub but unfortunately we can not use them for .ts & .m2ts or .mts files.
i want same feature of burning subtitle for these type of files.

If you want something that can output to m2ts directly you could use Ripbot264, open .m2ts/ts, click Properties and under Permanent subpictures choose Build in picture and select your srt/ass/sub. Output as an AVCHD and you will get a .m2ts in the STREAM folder. It uses avisynth, textsub, ffdshow and the x264 encoder.
