Hello!
I just bought a BluRay Burner for my computer. I would like to create custom BluRay menus where the user can set his subtitles and more (something like GfD for DVDs, or maybe it works for blurays aswell?). What's the best authoring tool according to you?
Thankfull for answers

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

thanks, sorry for not searching better on the forum, I've looked at all the available software. MultiAVCHD was kind of nice, though after I created a custom menu and tried to launch my AVCHD filesystem in VLC the menus got weird (showed only sometimes and if shown, I couldn't click on any menu buttons ) also I didn't dare to take a risk with AVCHD (make a bluray disc which then can't be read by all players :/).
AVCHDCoder was cool as well though it's not possible to create a custom menu in it.
As for now I got stuck with Adobe Encore where you can create manus almost from scratch (design your own buttons, link buttons etc.) I've got a problem with adobe encore when it comes to subtitles and character encoding though. Just made a post about it: https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/342929-Adobe-Encore-Subtitles-ASCII?p=2136435#post2136435
