  1. Hi,
Im fairly new to ripbot264 and i have been experimenting with it, i understand the settings.
I have been trying to create a divxplus file from a bluray that i have ripped to my hard drive with Anydvd hd and then mounted with virtual clone drive. When i select the output file as a Divxplus file it converts it to an mkv file not a Divx plus file. Do you now why this is. Do i need to install extra codecs?

  2. So does divxplus have the file extention .mkv?
So when i convert a bd to divxplus with ripbot264 and the file output has the file extention .mkv, the programme is working properly and the output file is divxplus?

Yes. Divx has switched to the MKV container for h.264 encoded video.
