Want to know if I can open a file under "mpeg tools" in tmpgenc so i can cut the last half of my divx file. I've tried it under virtual dub but the projected file size for the half i want to cut out is about the same size as the whole movie itself! and i dont know it that big ... can i cut avi files the same way i can cut mpeg within tmpgenc?

I cut my AVIs in Virtual Dub.
1. Load file, set audio and video to "direct stream copy"
2. Set the start and end point of the portion you want to keep.
3. Save as new avi file.
4. That's it.
