  1. IF anyone has any information on how to extract video from a VCD, I would really appreciate some help!!!

  2. You can use a program called vcdgear to extract the dat file and convert it to mpeg. There are guides on the this site if you need them.

  5. I know this might have been answered for you already, but there is also another way to extract the MPG from the VCD. Just use isobuster to extract the MPG . It works great and is fairly fast.

  6. The DAT file is not quite the same as MPEG and it is a good idea to convert it back.

    VCDGear is probably the best program to do this and can do it directly from the VCD. It takes no longer than copying the file and does not affect the quality.
