    I've noticed that a streaming site called claims to have some releases that the file sharing sites don't have above cam, or, at all. Can anybody help with the reliability of this site, and, format the streams are?

    No, it is a supposedly free streaming media site. Everything seems to be in English. here's a link to the site.
    (unless you mean the site is hosted in Croatia, but that doesn't answer the question as to what format the stream are in.)
